The Weisse Arena Group supports the project; as a local company, it will continue to be responsible for the operation of the LAAX area.

All transport systems, buildings, and tourism infrastructure on the mountain belonging to Weisse Arena Bergbahnen AG, along with the snowmaking systems, are to be consolidated into Finanz Infra AG, which will belong to the three municipalities in the future. A long-term lease agreement is to be concluded with Weisse Arena Bergbahnen AG.

Votes will be held in the three municipalities at the end of October: at the municipal assemblies in Falera (October 23) and Laax (October 24), and by ballot on October 26 in Flims.
