Fischer Previews New Ranger Series Skis

Fischer has previewed their 220-23 series Ranger skis.

The new Ranger series is the result of Fischer's ongoing collaboration between athletes and product developers with the aim of making this line of skis even more engaging. Regardless of conditions, terrain or skier preferences, the Ranger line generates more and more desire to ski. Thanks to new geometry, these skis are extremely versatile. The unique feature of the Ranger series is the incorporation of individually cut titanal plates (Shaped Ti). The narrower the ski, the longer the titanal insert and the flatter the tail, which supports a more fall-line oriented skier seeking a more responsive ski. The wider models from Ranger 102 to 116 become increasingly more playful due to the reduced titanal along the length of the ski, a larger Flexcut, and the increasing tail rise.

The Ranger ski line is the result of 30 months of intense collaboration between team athletes, shop employees, ski engineers, and ski addicts with the aim of getting more out of every day spent on snow, regardless of conditions or the terrain.

Versatility, quality and playfulness are the key traits of The Ranger line which is made in Europe with as much recycled material as possible, w/o losing performance.

From the beginning skiers were the focus of this project. The result is a new al-mountain/freeride line that lives up to its name by offering skiers endless opportunities on the mountain.
