Action Outdoors Expands Programme For All-Inclusive Ski Holidays Exclusively For 18-30 Year Olds

Action Outdoors, the UK arm of the not for profit UCPA, with resorts across some of the biggest ski resorts in the French Alps, has significantly expanded its programme for dedicated 18-30 weeks.

• Prices for ski holidays to the Alps have risen significantly over the rate of inflation over the past five years
• Recent data from the Mountain Trade Network suggests that price is now the second biggest factor when skiers are choosing where to go this season
• The 2025-26 season saw a small decrease in UK skier numbers, likely to down to price factor
  69% of skiers between and the ages of 18 and 35 intend to choose France as a destination (compared to 63% over the total market)
• The UCPA offers all-inclusive trips starting from around £600 for 7 nights

The UCPA centres are exclusively open for the 18 to 30 age group only during certain times of the season, with courses available for all levels of skier and snowboarder.

Prices start from £477 for a 4 night stay and £603 for 7 nights, all fully inclusive with accommodation, full-board with three meals a day, lift pass, ski equipment rental and instruction included in the price. The highest priced week is £800 which includes full off-piste guiding for expert skiers.

Resorts include Argentiere, Chamonix, Flaine, Les Arcs, Les Contamines, Les Deux Alpes, Serre Chevalier, Tignes, Val d’Isere and Val Thorens.

In total there’s over 30 courses spanning 12 weeks of the winter season in 11 resorts. There’s dedicated courses for complete beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders, introduction to off-piste as well as more advanced options.

For those aged between 18 and 25, further discounts are available during certain weeks with prices starting at £601 for 7 nights all inclusive.

The new Club 18-30 courses go back to that ethos and now offer younger people the best value skiing holidays out there with the chance to stay with people they will make friends for life with. There’s always a great atmosphere in the centres that have their own restaurants and lively bars and there’s always plenty of socialising during the evenings – but more importantly, everyone is here for the skiing and it’s no different for the 18 to 30 year olds. UCPA was set up 60 years ago (1965) to encourage young people to take part in outdoors sports. It has since developed into a not for profit organisation that provides sport holidays for a wide range of ages with a huge range of accommodation options.
