Tyrolean cuisine at the highest level

Not far away, the traditional Tyrolean inn Landgasthof Linde is another restaurant that has had a toque for years. Two years ago, the host family Ebster also received the coveted special award "Wirtshaus der Jahres 2020 in Österreich". The inn can look back on a long history: it was licensed in 1506 and has hosted many personalities such as Andreas Hofer and Otto von Habsburg. The kitchen chefs Hannes and Georg Ebster serve Tyrolean home cooking.

The Gasthaus Nester in the center of Stumm is also known for this. Georg Hauser can be proud of a toque with 12 Gault Millau points. The trained butcher and chef uses only the best, regional ingredients and impresses with original dishes. As one of the few real butchers, the "Nester" is characterized by the fact that the meat products come from the in-house butcher's shop.

Highest culinary class at 1,865 meters

In the middle of the Spieljoch-Fügen ski area - at the mountain station in the Mountain Loft - award-winning chef Gian Paolo Pacchiele spoils his guests. On the sun deck you can enjoy delicious pizza and on the first floor "solid cuisine with pep" awaits you with the best view. In the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski region, which is connected to the Spieljoch by a shuttle bus, culinary delights await with the world-famous ski huts (e.g. Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte or Albergo).

Sunny in the valley

Connoisseurs will also find a place in the sun in the gourmet workshop in Uderns. In the Sportresidenz Zillertal, this offers guests a wide range: In addition to a generous breakfast menu, snacks for the small appetite and the classic Wiener Schnitzel from veal, guests can look forward to a daily changing 6-course menu. The gourmet workshop with a toque on the Uderns golf course is definitely worth a visit, even for non-golfers.
