SNOWsat on road to success around the world
No wonder – SNOWsat offers higher revenue at lower costs and is also good for the environment. From Europe and the USA to New Zealand, the snow and fleet management system from PistenBully is proving to be extraordinarily successful. Indeed, SNOWsat has become the global market leader of snow and fleet management systems.
Four new features of SNOWsat
SNOWsat Z as a web browser application
Snow depth can be displayed on all mobile end devices (smartphones and tablets) and on a variety of operating systems (Android and iOS), enabling customers to access snow depth data wherever they are.
SNOWsat “ToDo”
When tasks arise for slope managers or ski patrol personnel, these can be noted, scheduled and logged as a job, independently of a specific driver or machine. These jobs are automatically transferred to the SNOWsat V2/V3 vehicle system as soon as the PistenBully is restarted.
Visualising snow depth on the blade
The driver can see the snow depth at 3 points on the blade with an accuracy of +/- 6 cm. The most important snow depth movements and details are likewise displayed on the blade visualisation.
SNOWsat display
The 10” monitor of the PistenBully 100 and 600 allows drivers to check details without looking to the side, making the work station more ergonomic.
First time in France: PistenBully 600

The chassis, axles, electronics and operating concept, featuring lots of new patents, are all new too. The overall concept is harmonious, following close collaboration with the customer even during the development phase, ensuring convincing quality, efficiency and resource conservation.
