From 22nd-31st December, the village square will be transformed into a festive wonderland, adorned with a forest of trees, Santa's gift boxes and activities resort-wide for all ages:

• The Elves' Hut Workshops (22nd & 23rd December) - Join Santa’s best helpers to create holiday decorations and unique souvenirs to be cherished or gifted.

• Torchlit Descent & Fireworks (23rd December) - A spectacular evening as ski instructors glide down the mountain in an illuminated descent, culminating in a dazzling fireworks display over the village.

• Santa’s Grand Entrance (24th December) - Prepare for enchantment as Santa Claus makes his grand entrance by horse-drawn carriage, accompanied by a brass band. This special afternoon includes the sharing of festive sweets and photos with children to capture the Christmas Eve spirit.

• Dynastar Trophy (26th December) - Watch or participate in the floodlit Dynastar Trophy, a thrilling, open-to-all parallel slalom race on the Savonnette piste where winners in three categories take home ski prizes.

New Year’s Eve on the Slopes (31st December)

Ring in the New Year with unparalleled spectacle as Val d'Isère hosts its traditional celebration right on the snow front. The final hours of the year end with a vibrant show, fireworks display and world-class music by DJ Etienne De Crecy, all at the base of the majestic Bellevarde face. Resort-wide, the bars and restaurants of the village promise a vibrant night out: Experimental Chalet, Le Blizzard, Chez Jules, La Baraque and La Doudoune invite guests to dance until dawn, cementing Val d'Isère's reputation as the Alps' premier destination for those who party as hard as they ski, ensuring the resort remains the essential address for a high-energy, memorable end-of-year escape.
