Snow Australia Welcomes Natalie (Nat) Logan-Pye As National Integrity Manager.

Nat joins Snow Australia following a 28-year career with NSW and Victoria Police, where she served as a Senior Sergeant across a range of investigative, educational, and leadership roles. More recently, she has developed and delivered People Focused Leadership programs for more than 4,500 managers across Victoria Police, building extensive expertise in leadership, culture, wellbeing, and conflict resolution.
In her new role, Nat will oversee Snow Australia’s integrity, education, and compliance programs to ensure our sport remains safe, fair, and inclusive. This includes supporting the ongoing implementation of the National Integrity Framework, managing complaint and investigation processes, and leading education initiatives across all levels of the sport.
The position will be shared between Snow Australia and the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia (OWIA).
In addition to a strong background in leadership and governance, Nat brings a personal understanding of sport and performance as a former athlete and current coach. She is passionate about fostering positive, respectful cultures for athletes, coaches, and officials.
“I am excited to combine the love and passion of sport with the experience and knowledge I've gained working in the police,” Logan-Pye said.
“Providing a safe, inclusive, respectful environment for everyone in sport is a key priority for me through strong governance, education and robust investigative processes inline with Sports Integrity Australia's National Integrity Framework.
“People are the most important part of any organisation, every person within it has the ability to lead and make decisions that support the integrity of an organisation.
“I hope to influence, educate and support a proactive approach to integrity giving all those involved in our sports the space to do what they do best whether that is on or off the slopes and ice.
“Sport has given me so much joy, it has provided me with the most incredible memorable experiences in my life.
“Those incredible experiences should not be derailed by poor outdated behaviours or conduct. As a leader and coach, I hope to inspire them to be the best version of themselves.”
Snow Australia looks forward to working with Nat as she helps strengthen integrity, education, and leadership across our winter sport community.
