Slide & OTS Winter 2026 Show Awards Winners Announced

At the SIGB AGM on Wednesday 7th January, the winners of the Slide & OTS Winter 2026 Show Awards, which recognise and reward exhibiting brands for technical innovation and excellence, were announced in front of exhibitors, SIGB members and the media.

The awards are spread across seven different categories: Accessories, Outdoor Clothing, Outdoor Hardware, Snowsports Clothing, Snowsport Hardware, a ‘Fresh Brand’ category open only to first-time exhibitors/brands at the show, and an ‘Eco Award’, for brands showing particular environmentally friendly credentials, selected from amongst the first six category winners by Protect Our Winters UK (POW UK).

The award entries were on display at the show and were independently voted by retailers and the media, and by a panel of expert judges:

  • Lorna Glover, Women’s Buyer – Outdoor Clothing, Cotswold Outdoor
  • Jonny Hayes, Buyer – Snowsports, Snow + Rock
  • Harry Longhurst, Assistant Store Manager, Snowtrax
  • James McLean, Director, Adapt Outdoors
  • Charlie Murphy, Commercial Director, Countryside Ski & Climb
  • Jessica Spanton, Store Assistant Manager/Ski Department Manager, Snowfit 

The winners in each of the categories (with images attached) are:

  • Accessories (29 products entered):  Lifemarque / Lifesystems – Dual-Magnetic Rechargeable Handwarmers                 
  • Outdoor Clothing (14 products entered): Patagonia – Durable Down Parka
  • Outdoor Hardware (12 products entered):  Rab – Descendor 40
  • Snowsports Clothing (14 products entered):  Manbi Active Brands - WeeDo – Sharkdo Snowsuit
  • Snowsports Hardware (15 products entered): Atomic – Nexus 120 BOA
  • Fresh Brand (8 products entered):  Inselberg – Axiom Shell
  • Eco Award (judged by Protect Our Winters): Nikwax – Stain Scrub     

The industry’s leading names as well as newcomers will be showcasing their product innovations for the next season at Slide & OTS Winter 2027, ready to make their mark — on the snow, in the hills, on the ice, and on the street.
