Mt Bachelor Issues Season Pass Holders Credits For 20-21 Renewals
Mt. Bachelor offers vouchers for season pass holders after spring skiing is canceled. In a statement they said:
If you are a 2019/20 season or multi-day passholder, we thank you for your business. Given the impact COVID-19 has had on the 2019/20 season we are pleased to offer you a voucher for use toward any 2020/21 season or multi-day pass product, available for use through the 2020/21 season. Vouchers will be loaded into each passholder's guest profile in the Mt. Bachelor web store. Vouchers will be loaded prior to April 28, when pass products for Outplay 365, summer bike park and the winter 2020/21 season will go on sale. No action is required by passholders.

Thank you for your participation in the Ski or Ride in 5 program during the 2019/2020 winter season. Given the impact COVID-19 has had on this season we are pleased to offer you the following based on where you are within your Ski or Ride in 5 lessons.
If you did not start your SORI5 Lessons:
You will receive a $249 voucher on your profile to be used next season to participate in the SORI5 program. No action is needed to be taken by you. This voucher can also be used for other Mt. Bachelor products. Communication will go out to you once the 2020/21 season starts with details and dates to confirm your participation in the program.
If you have NOT finished all your SORI5 Lessons:
Your unfinished lessons will roll over to the 2020/2021 season. Lessons will roll over to next season and you’ll be invited to complete your 5 lessons by January 31, 2021. When Sunrise base opens, we will hold SORI5 lessons to complete your program. Black-out dates will be December 26 - January 2 for SORI5 lessons due to resort lesson capacity. Once your 5 lessons are complete you will be eligible for your Graduation Gifts which include a free 12 Day Pass for adults or a free Season Pass for youth participants.
If you GRADUATED from SORI5 in the 2019/2020 season:
Your graduation gift of a 12 Day Pass (adult) or Full Season Pass (youth) will be reissued. You will receive a full 12-Day Pass or Season Pass based on age requirements in the 2020/2021 winter season. If you are a recipient of the 12-Day Pass and would prefer to purchase a 50% discount on a Full Season Pass you may do so.
*If you purchased Pass Refund Protection (PRP) insurance when you bought your Alpine Season Pass, Alpine Midweek, and Nordic Season Pass 2019/20 product, you qualify for a pro-rated PRP insurance voucher or payment valued at 20% of the cost of your passholder product. You cannot receive the PRP payment and also apply your voucher to a 2020/21 season or multi-day pass product. Vouchers will be loaded into each passholder guest profile by April 28 that purchased PRP. PRP vouchers are available for use until May 31, 2022. By default, all PRP vouchers will be loaded in guest profile accounts on April 28. If you prefer a credit card refund, please contact us at info@mtbachelor.com after April 28. Due to limited essential staffing in offices, credit card refunds aren’t able to be processed until July 1, 2020.
