L’est Go Partners With Liftopia And Skidata To Aid Resort Redemption Process

Liftopia and SKIDATA recently joined forces to smooth customer redemption and resort tracking processes for the L’EST GO card in Eastern Canada. The L’EST GO product is new for the 19/20 season, offered through a partnership between Tourism Eastern Townships and Owl’s Head/Mont Orford/Ski Bromont/Mont Sutton.
While Liftopia has successfully executed multiple integrations with SKIDATA for ski resorts in Europe, the company is excited to complete this work for a partner in North America. When a customer purchases a L’EST GO card, their information is passed directly from Liftopia to the SKIDATA POS at each resort. They are also issued a barcode which can be used to redeem the physical card at any of the participating resorts. With customer data seamlessly housed in SKIDATA, the resorts are easily able to keep track of usage across the four resorts.
“We are extremely pleased to further align with Liftopia, Tourism Eastern Townships & Quebec resort partners of Bromont, Mont Sutton, Orford and Owl’s Head, in launching a new regional pass product L’EST GO,” says John Keefe, Sales Manager at SKDATA. We’re leveraging industry leading technology from both Liftopia and SKIDATA delivering seamless guest experiences at incredible destinations.”
Drawing on prior experience with SKIDATA integrations in Europe, Liftopia was able to significantly expedite the first North American implementation.
“The process to integrate our system with SKIDATA is extremely fast now that we’ve completed a handful of implementations,” says Liftopia’s Principal Platform Engineer, Christina Dong. “As long as we have resort credentials, we can complete a SKIDATA integration with Cloud Store in less than a day.”
Numerous integrations with both Axess and SkiData highlight Liftopia’s ability to work closely with other systems, and continued focus on deepening its integration partnerships.
