KitzSkiXpress Eco-Friendly Travel To The Ski Area By Bus And Train

KitzSki relies on strong cooperation with public transport and travel companies in order to be able to offer guests an environmentally friendly alternative to traveling by car. More and more guests from the Munich and Rosenheim area use the KitzSkiXpress to travel to the world's best ski area.

In cooperation with Geldhauser - Die Münchner Busreisen there is a unique package offer from KitzSkiXpress (ski ticket and bus). Two brand new double-decker buses run daily from Munich, Holzkirchen and Rosenheim to the KitzSki ski area. On selected days, the KitzSkiXpress also departs from Augsburg and Nuremberg. It's convenient, cheap and environmentally friendly. Guests enjoy a comfortable journey in the new Setra S 531 DT long-distance bus. It has 79 seats and numerous active and passive safety systems as well as free WiFi for all passengers. The KitzSkiXpress package also includes an on-board breakfast (a cup of coffee and a pretzel), bus escort and the Kitzbühel day ski pass (already on the bus). With the Streifzug daily for free to the Kitzbühel ski area

On the ÖBB route between St. Johann in Tirol <--> Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm and Westendorf <--> Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm, a valid KitzSki ticket or an association card (Snow Card Tirol, Super Ski Card) is valid daily between 7:50 a.m. and 6:00 p.m to use the ÖBB train service in ski clothing free of charge. KitzSki ski bus network

With the ski bus from Mittersill to Pass Thurn, via Jochberg, Kitzbühel, Kirchberg and Aschau. The KitzSki ski bus network is one of the largest and most extensive ski bus offers in the Alps. Use is with valid ski passes (customers with ski passes of their choice, ski passes booked online and ski association tickets only in ski equipment) on the lines between Kitzbühel <--> Kirchberg <--> Aschau and Kitzbühel <--> Jochberg <--> Pass Thurn <- -> Mittersill, Reith <--> Fleckalmbahn free of charge. For € 5.00 from Rosenheim to Kitzbühel there and back

The ski bus from Astl Reisen takes skiers and winter sports enthusiasts daily from Rosenheim to Kitzbühel and back in the evening for €5.00 per adult until March 2023. Guests up to the age of 21 travel for free. Telephone registration is required by 6 p.m. the day before at the latest on +49(0)8033 / 1091. Note: The cost of the ski ticket is not included. For experienced skiers: start the KitzSkiWelt Tour with Autobus Oberbayern

The KitzSkiWelt Tour has been connecting the KitzSki ski area with the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental since the 2021/22 winter season. The KitzSkiWelt Tour is 88 kilometers long and takes you past the famous locations of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps. With Skibus Munich you can experience this adventure exclusively as a day trip on selected dates! Our bus takes you to Jochberg in the KitzSki ski area, where your tour starts. In the afternoon you will be picked up again in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental (depending on the time of the trip Söll, Ellmau, Itter or Going).
