Judges Confirmed For FIS SnowKidz Award 2018

FIS SnowKidz is the first phase of the Bring Children to the Snow campaign. It is a unique program and communications platform that enables organisers around the world to share and showcase their events to bring children to the snow. Events can occur at anytime and in any place around the world.

Every two years, FIS recognises the best efforts around the world to bring children to the snow with the SnowKidz Award. In 2018, the 5th edition of the Award will be presented at the FIS Congress in Costa Navarino (GRE).

Nomination forms have been sent to National Ski Associations who will have until 15th February 2018 to submit their project.

The three judges of the 2018 FIS SnowKidz Award are also confirmed. The panel consisting of Youth Olympic Games Associate Director - Antoine Goetschy, President of the International Ski Instructors Association - Riet Campell and Chair of the FIS Sub-Committee for Cross-Country Youth and Children’s Questions - Satu Kalajainen, will return for the 2018 edition, ensuring consistency in the judging process.
