Indoor Ski Centre Snow Factor Braehead Closes As Liquidator Appointed

Xsite Braehead has announced that indoor ski centre, Snow Factor, is now closed ‘until further notice’. Snow Factor is the longest, real-snow slope in the UK and is Scotland’s only year-round ski centre!

A statement from the company reads: “Following ongoing legal proceedings and a subsequent court order, Snow Factor at XSite Braehead will be closed from today until further notice.

"Any enquiries about existing bookings should be directed to customercare@snowfactor.com or 0141 885 7000.

"Customers can continue to enjoy everything else that XSite has to offer, including fantastic shops, restaurants and leisure, such as Gravity, Odeon, Climbzone, Paradise Island Adventure Golf, TGI Fridays, Five Guys and many more.”

It's fair to say that the financial situation is complex. To avoid stepping on a defamatory landmine SIN defers to the administrators' report moving the company from administration to liquidation.
