ACCOMODATION NEWS

ROSEWOOD COURCHEVEL - LE JARDIN ALPIN

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® is set to open Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, its very first property in the French Alps, in December 2025. Nestled in Courchevel 1850, at the heart of the iconic Jardin Alpin district, the hotel will enjoy a prime ski-in/ski-out location with direct access to the slopes.

Designed as an alpine retreat combining refinement and a spirit of adventure, the establishment will offer 51 rooms and suites, the largest number in this exclusive area. Guests will also enjoy a spacious spa, an all-day dining concept with terrace, a lounge bar, a cigar room, a kids’ club, as well as integrated spaces for ski rental and luxury boutiques.

Currently undergoing a complete transformation, the site has been entrusted to French designer Tristan Auer, who brings a fresh vision of contemporary alpine luxury, true to the brand's philosophy: A Sense of Place. Both the architecture and interiors have been conceived to blend harmoniously with the majesty of the surrounding landscape.

With this new opening, Rosewood reinforces its commitment to developing immersive hospitality experiences rooted in Europe’s most exceptional destinations. Following the Hédtel de Crillon in Paris, Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin will become the brand’s second property in mainland France.

NEW MANAGEMENT AT LES MONTS CHARVIN

Starting from the 2025-26 winter season, the family-run Les Monts Charvin Hotel, located in the heart of Courchevel 1850, will welcome a new management team.

Nestled in an authentic Savoyard chalet built by her father Bernard Charvin and grandfather Maurice, Aurore founded Hotel Les Monts Charvin 15 years ago.

In 2025, wishing to dedicate herself to new professional projects, she is handing over the reins to Fabrice and Géraldine Vischi. Long-time friends of Aurore and natives of Courchevel, the couple share the same vision and values: offering guests a warm, welcoming cocoon, a home away from home where everyone feels at ease.

In keeping with this spirit, renovation work was carried out this spring, including the creation of a Bar area on the ground floor, as well as the introduction of an evening dining service exclusively for hotel guests.
