Arosa Highlights Job Opportunities

Arosa Tourism is launching a new employer branding campaign showcasing what working in the mountains is really like. Under the title "Arosa Shows Dream Jobs Unfiltered," the destination puts everyday working life in Arosa in the spotlight. The campaign presents real jobs high above the fog, where others go on vacation. Honest, direct, and without any staging.
High above the everyday, surrounded by mountains and far removed from typical office stress, Arosa offers a deliberately different work environment. Instead of screens and meeting rooms, fresh air, panoramic views, and authentic experiences define daily life. Those who work in Arosa choose moments over hours spent sitting through, and quality of life over everyday stress.
At the heart of the campaign is a simple yet powerful idea. While work is underway in Arosa above the blanket of fog, commuters at major Swiss train stations are stuck in the grayness of everyday life below. It is precisely there that the video clips are shown. These authentic glimpses into the lives of people seeking change reveal that working in Arosa is more than just a job. It's a conscious life choice.
The campaign deliberately avoids classic employer branding techniques. No glossy videos, no voice-overs, no elaborate editing. Instead, it shows work as it truly is: uncut, raw, and unfiltered. The everyday reality above the fog speaks for itself and doesn't need to be embellished.
For the production, employees from various professional fields were equipped with special glasses that recorded their daily work from their own perspective. This compact technology allows for efficient filming without disrupting their daily tasks. The result is authentic, live-like footage, captured directly from the employees' point of view. Among those featured are the ice master amidst what is arguably Switzerland's most beautiful panorama, the facility manager preparing skis, ski instructors on the slopes, a hostess at the Aifach restaurant, and other employees from the tourism, hospitality, sports, and leisure sectors. The protagonists are not actors, but real employees who share their daily work experiences and shape the life of Arosa.
The campaign will run at major train stations in Swiss cities and on digital platforms. Short snippets offer unfiltered insights into everyday work life and specifically target an urban audience that often operates under a blanket of fog in their daily routines.
All videos and job postings can now be found at www.arosalive.ch. The campaign shows that sometimes less is more and that life often becomes more beautiful when you create moments instead of counting hours.
