Change Of Command At Flumserberg

Bergbahnen Flumserberg AG (BBF) elected Peter Staub, Rüschlikon, as the new CEO to replace Mario Bislin, Bad Ragaz, who was stepping down due to age.

Until the end of February 2025, Peter Staub continued to work for his previous employer, blueSport, Volketswil. He was introduced to his new role by the outgoing CEO in March and April 2025. The official handover took place on May 1st at Flumserberg in the presence of Chairman Guido Mätzler and Vice President Heinrich Michel. Peter Staub, as CEO, now bears responsibility for the operational activities at Flumserberg, together with the members of the Executive Board.

The Board of Directors of Bergbahnen Flumserberg AG is delighted to have been able to hire Peter Staub, a proven leader with excellent connections in the sports industry. Following his move from Swiss television to blueSport in Volketswil six years ago, Peter Staub is looking forward to a major new challenge: to contribute his sports-loving creativity to the further development of the popular and well-known year-round destination of Flumserberg.

Mario Bislin's official farewell will take place this fall at the Annual General Meeting of Bergbahnen Flumserberg AG. However, the Board of Directors would like to express its gratitude for Mario Bislin's outstanding and successful work and wish him and his family all the best and a somewhat more peaceful time.
