Vail Resorts’ New Hampshire Ski Areas Open For Winter Season

The commitment of passionate resort operations staff combined with state-of-the-art snowmaking technology has allowed Vail Resorts’ New Hampshire ski areas to open for the 2020/2021 ski and snowboard season. Wildcat, Attitash, Mount Sunapee and Crotched Mountain are opening this weekend.

Vail Resorts’ 34 properties across North America are committed to keeping guests safe and providing them with great skiing and riding more than ever this winter season as they deliver on the Experience of a Lifetime. In addition to following all local regulations and complying with state guidance, some core ways the resorts are working to keep guests safe this winter include:

  • Face Coverings: In accordance with CDC guidelines, all guests and staff are required to wear a face covering in all aspects of the operation, including while in lift lines, while riding lifts and gondolas and in all lodges and facilities.
  • Reservations: Reservations are required for all guests, pass holders included. This will allow resorts to manage access and allow for physical distancing.
  • Re-Imagined Mountain Experience: New operating procedures are in place across each resort, including lift and gondola loading, in Ski and Ride School, as well as food and beverage and rental locations.
  • Cashless Transactions: All transactions will be cashless for the coming season. For the most seamless experience, guests can book and pay online in advance.
