Traditional “Bergfest Riesneralm” With a Musical Highlight At Shcladming Dachstein

A real musical summer highlight awaits all locals and guests next Sunday (14 August) in the Styrian holiday region of Schladming-Dachstein: this year the “Zellberg Buam” will be playing at the traditional “Bergfest” on the Riesneralm in Donnersbachwald.

The popularity of the group from the Zillertal and the unique location at 1,900 meters above sea level guarantee the best conditions for a concert at the highest level - and with free admission. At around 10:00 a.m., the Donnersbachwald yodel players start the popular festival with a view of the magnificent summit panorama, before the mountain mass is celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with the chapel of the Donnersbachwald music association.

From 12:30 p.m. the “Zellberg Buam” start their three-hour concert on the summit plateau. Everyone can get to the mountain festival without any exertion and swing carefree with both lifts of the Riesneralm to the festival site on the summit plateau. The "Hochsitz" catering business will provide the culinary delicacies.
