Every company wants to retain competent and motivated employees. With the decision to increase salaries in the lowest wage category, the unskilled, the previous minimum wage was raised to CHF 4,000 on November 1, 2022. With this extraordinary measure, which increases the company's total wages by 2 percent, the board of directors and management of TITLIS Bergbahnen sent a clear signal of appreciation for the work done and the extraordinary commitment of their employees.

Attractive fringe benefits

This preliminary increase in the minimum wage was carried out independently of the annual salary round for all employees, who will receive up to 4% higher salaries in the coming year. In addition, all employees of the traditional Engelberg company benefit from a large number of attractive, long-term fringe benefits and perks. These so-called fringe benefits - such as above-average insurance benefits, free ski pass, discounted GA and fitness pass, support for further training, part-time work and unpaid vacation possible, free coffee and mineral water during working hours, etc. - not only help with the recruitment of new employees, but especially when it comes to retaining well-deserved, existing employees.
