Snow Express, the specialist coach service between London and the French Alps, has launched its 2018-19 winter prices with a new double decker coach which has: free wifi, in seat USB chargers, reclining seats, free luggage, and ski carriage.
Prices start at £99 return between London and Val d’Isère and during the February half-term school holiday week, prices are £229 return.
Snow Express provides a high quality service to over 40 resorts in the French Alps (and hit all the big resorts: Val d’Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs, Val Thorens, Courchevel and Chamonix). The coach service operates weekly and travels directly from London to the Alps. There are two pick up points in the UK; London Victoria and Folkestone. Overnight travel opens up the opportunity of more time in resort; the coach arrives on Saturday afternoon in-time to hit the slopes. It then departs the following Saturday evening allowing an extra day skiing or snowboarding, compared to flying.
Snow Express vehicles are modern luxury coaches and every measure is taken to ensure that the journey is safe and comfortable. Coaches are equipped with winter tyres, winter safety equipment, seat belts and free Wifi.
Travelling by coach is one of the cheapest ways to travel to the Alps and avoids extra airport transfers, queues at the airport and additional luggage charges. Snow Express has a generous luggage policy and all tickets include: 1 bag, 1 ski/snowboard bag and hand luggage.
Snow Express operates a low cost, low hassle way to get to forty ski resorts in the French Alps that depart every Friday evening from London and return every Saturday evening from resort. There are no excess baggage charges for luggage or winter sports equipment and travel is direct to the resort itself. Fares start from £99.00 per person return from London or Folkestone to the resort of choice, between December and April every winter. The most popular resorts are Tignes, Val Thorens, Chamonix and Val d’Isère and coaches are all modern, comfortable vehicles especially designed for long distance touring. It’s also normal to get an extra days skiing during the week due to times of departure and departing from central London on a Friday evening means locals can leave directly after work – Snow Express also has a partnership with National Express, so skiers and snowboarders from all over the country and link up with the departure times on the Friday evening.
