Serfaus: New Plansegg Cable Car For Winter 26/27

From winter 2026/27, the existing Plansegg cable car will be replaced by a state-of-the-art 8-seater chairlift. With this investment, the Komperdell cable car company is focusing on greater comfort, higher transport capacity, and smoother operation on one of the most frequently used lifts in the ski area.

The new Plansegg cable car impresses with features such as heated seats, weather protection hoods, childproof safety bars, and an increased transport capacity of 4,000 people per hour. At the same time, the journey time is significantly reduced.
