Prowinter 2026, Leading B2B Event For The Winter Sports & Outdoor Industry, Opens Its Doors From January 11th To 13th, 2026,

Prowinter 2026, the leading B2B event for the winter sports and outdoor industry, opens its doors from January 11th to 13th, 2026, at the Bolzano Exhibition Center at the foot of the Dolomites – demonstrating why it has established itself as one of the most important meeting places for manufacturers, retailers, and brands in the European Alps. From clothing and equipment to safety-related and sustainable, innovative technologies: an increasing number of exhibitors from various outdoor sectors are using the trade fair to present their new products and ideas to a professional audience. The 25th edition of Prowinter has thus definitively become an industry hub that extends far beyond traditional winter sports.

Climate-related changes in weather conditions during winter are creating increasing overlap between summer tours and winter sports. Besides ski touring and snowshoeing, trail running and mountaineering are often possible year-round. This development is shaping the current market landscape – and thus also Prowinter, which connects these two worlds.

From rugged fjords to icy sea winds: How Scandinavians, with sustainable, decades-long craftsmanship, develop new, innovative technologies and create Nordic quality that defies even the harshest weather conditions can be experienced in the new Scandinavian Village.

The following manufacturers, among others, are looking forward to exchanging ideas in the new outdoor hall: AKU, Arva, Bauernfeind, Bergans, Camp, CMP, Crazy, Devold, Dolomite, Dynafit, E9, Edelrid, Fjällräven, Grivel, Hestra, Houdini, Icebreaker, Icebug, Icepeak, Jack Wolfskin, Karpos, Kohla, La Sportiva, Lowa, Maier Sport, Millet, Montane, Montura, Norrona, Olang, Ortovox, Osprey, Petzl, Poc, Rab, Red Chili, Regatta, Scarpa, Smartwool, Speedo, Vaude, Viking, Zamberlan and many more
ski brands will of course be present.

  • Network, sustainability, innovations
  • Prowinter offers a rare opportunity for retailers and manufacturers:
  • Direct exchange with decision-makers of leading brands and specialist retailers
  • Insights into trends and technologies of the upcoming 2026/27 season
  • Networking formats and talks, such as the Winter Sports Sustainability Network Meeting and the Ski Industry Climate Summit by Atomic, which are dedicated to the future topics of the industry.

With over 250 product tests during the Prowinter Test Days in Carezza, the Prowinter Award for Innovation and Sustainability, and a growing international exhibition area, the trade fair offers opportunities for business, personal exchange, and sustainable development.

“The boundaries between the winter and outdoor industries are becoming increasingly blurred. Prowinter 2026 offers the ideal platform to leverage these synergies – for brands that want to reach new target groups and retailers who want to identify tomorrow’s trends early on,” says Geraldine Coccagna, Brand Manager of Prowinter.
