The new 10-person Franzin gondola lift replaces the old drag lift from 1976 and runs from the Moseralm to the Franzin Alm. With this investment, the Carezza Dolomites ski area takes another step towards becoming one of the most modern ski resorts in the Dolomites. The lift improves the connection between the König Laurin/Welschnofen and Paolina/Karerpass ski areas, significantly enhancing the overall skiing experience.
The new gondola lift offers easier and more comfortable access, which is particularly beneficial for snowboarders, families, beginners, and guests with reduced mobility. It is also the first new gondola lift in Italy equipped with Leitner's LeitPilot system.
In recent years, Carezza has made significant investments – with a clear goal: to develop into an alpine “boutique resort” – a small but high-quality place that offers exclusive, sustainable and authentic experiences in every season.
