PRINOTH Cup 2023: A complete Success

After a long break it was finally time again for the driver's event of the year: snow groomer drivers from six countries met in Toblach (Italy) for the biggest PRINOTH CUP of all time.

The night before brought a lot of fresh snow and thus perfect conditions for an exciting competition. Whether LEITWOLF, BISON or HUSKY – the driver awaited a new challenge on every snow groomer in the PRINOTH fleet. It took skill, speed and strong nerves to win.

In the end, Dominik Baumann (Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn) was able to beat his almost 200 colleagues with a total time of 1:39.71. Faster than anyone else, he steered the HUSKY to its destination with the steering reversed. Even in the BISON nobody could hold a candle to him.

Second place went to Manuel De Biasio (Funivie Saslong) with a total time of 1:44.50. In the BISON he was almost as fast as the winner.

Third was Stefan Brunner (Olanger Seilbahn) with a total time of 1:47.93. In the LEITWOLF, he demonstrated skill with a shield like no other – in less than 21 seconds he maneuvered the ball through the labyrinth to the finish.

The unofficial world championship for snow groomer drivers brought lots of action and fun for participants and spectators. Music, food and drinks rounded off the day.
