After 28 years of service, board member Hartwig Moßhammer (62) is retiring at the end of October. At the supervisory board meeting at the end of August, the long-standing authorized representative was unanimously appointed as the new board of directors. The Pinzgau-born engineer Siegfried Egger (50) will take up his new position in Maria Alm on November 1, 2023.
Under the leadership of Hartwig Moßhammer, the cable car company has been able to implement many projects in the tourist location of Maria Alm over the last two decades. The biggest successes in the company's history include the Hintermoos-Gabühel ski connection and the Natrun-Aberg ski connection. Thanks to the investments, a continuous ski connection has been created between the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach.
Board member Hartwig Moßhammer, who will be retiring at the end of October, sees the appointment of Ing. Siegfried Egger as sustainably securing the strategic and operational competence of Aberg - Hinterthal - Bergbahnen AG. “With extensive experience as a technical manager and authorized signatory, Egger brings a variety of skills and specialist knowledge to the challenge in Maria Alm.
