MESSYWEEKEND Launches Three New Goggle Styles: Clear, Flip And Ferdi

MESSYWEEKEND are an eyewear brand born and designed in Copenhagen, built on the foundations of skate, surf, snow and music. The brand is breaking down the barriers between aspiration and access, creating a collection that is both the product of ambition and accessibility.

The collection features their viral magnetic ski and snow goggles with either high-contrast XE2 lenses or their top rated photochromic XEp lens. AW22’s three new styles Clear, Flip and Ferdi feature anti-fog and anti-scratch coating with 100% UV400 protection and magnetic lens change. The XE2 lens is developed with a High-Contrast technology, which ensures optical clarity that enhances all contrasts in the landscape. This means that you can easily avoid bumps and ice.

The styles are also available with XEp lens with photochromic technology allows the lens to automatically adjust to switching weather conditions. The XEp lenses contain special patented photochromic dyes that cause the lens  to automatically darken when exposed to UV rays in sunlight. When the UV light decreases, the lenses fade back. As light conditions change, the level of tint adjusts, constantly offering the right tint.

The magnetic lens attachment technology means that you can swap the lenses over in a matter of seconds. Each style is lightweight and offers an over the glasses fit, adaptable for most helmets.

Each style comes in comes in Army, Light Grey and Black frames with a Silver, Matte Black and Revo lens and all variants include a yellow overcast lens.

The three New Goggle Styles: Clear, Flip And Ferdi are part of the fight against the ocean plastic crisis. For every pair of sunglasses or goggles sold, they the compnay will contribute part of their revenue to facilitate the clean-up of the equivalent of 4 plastic bottles from our Ocean.
