Mammut Launches Eco Friendly Casanna Thermo Hooded HS Jacket

By 2023, Mammut wants to significantly reduce the ecological footprint of its collections and eliminate polluting substances from its supply chains. The Casanna HS Thermo Hooded Jacket is a logical step towards responsible production. The jacket has been produced as sustainably as possible and features recycled and recyclable materials whilst maintaining its waterproof and breathable properties.

Made from 100% recycled polyester, the PFC-free, 2-layer Mammut DryTechnology fabric used for the jacket is windproof and waterproof, and the 100% recycled polyester (80 g/m. Ajungilak OTI) filling keeps you warm even at low tempera­tures. The jacket features splash-proof, smooth-running YKK Vislon® 2-way zips on the front and for underarm ventilation, a snow skirt, pre-shaped sleeves with hook and loop fasteners and elastic hand gaiters, as well as a helmet-compatible and adjustable hood. For even more effective protection from snow penetration, snap buttons can be used to connect the jacket to the pants.
