LEKI Expands Winter Glove Line With New Montera & ZERO Glove Collections For Winter 2025-26

LEKI introduces two new winter glove collections for the 2025-26 season: the Montera backcountry collection and the ZERO non-Trigger collection.
MONTERA COLLECTION
Montera is LEKI’s first ever glove line designed specifically for backcountry skiing and mountaineering. Because backcountry skiers need the most reliable and durable gear, especially gloves to keep hands protected from extreme elements, LEKI’s new Montera line features premium materials for the most warmth and comfort.
The flagship Montera Xtreme GTX ($209.95) features a fully waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane with 100% Goatskin leather and durable softshell, Primaloft® Gold insulation, and a wool blend liner designed to withstand the most extreme conditions. It also features MF Touch technology, a built-in nose wiper, tacky palm grip and an extended cuff with wrist leash.
The Montera Prime ($169.95), available in unisex and women’s sizing, is the ultimate all-around glove for days in the backcountry. Featuring 100% Goatskin leather, the Montera Prime keeps your hands extra warm with Primaloft® Gold insulation with Micro Bemberg lining. It features MF Touch technology, a built-in nose wiper, tacky palm grip and an extended cuff with wrist leash. Also available: Montera Prime Women’s Glove and Montera Prime Women’s Mitt.
“For decades, LEKI gloves and mittens have kept skiers warm on the lifts and ready for the occasional backcountry lap. As backcountry skiing has grown in popularity over the last few years, so too has the demand for us to design gear to meet the specific needs of backcountry skiers. We’ve answered with the Montera collection,” said Sven Brunso, marketing director for LEKI USA. “The Montera gloves provide the warmth, durability, and confidence needed to go deeper into the backcountry on even the burliest of days yet work perfectly well for days spinning lift-served laps at the resort.”
ZERO COLLECTION
Building off LEKI’s worldwide success with Trigger S gloves, the ZERO gloves are the company’s first frontside ski glove line engineered without the additional Trigger S frame and loop sewn in, reducing production expense and ultimately retail price for those who prefer a traditional glove. The ZERO collection includes the following six models:
Griffin Pro ZERO ($159.95)
A LEKI best seller, the Griffin Pro glove is now available in the non-Trigger version ZERO. The Griffin Pro ZERO is insulated with Primaloft® Gold lining features ceramic-enforced EVA padding, silicone-enforced grip pads, a nose wiper, and a cuff pull for easy on-and-off.
Hevon ZERO ($99.95)
The Hevon ZERO is an excellent all-around waterproof alpine glove made with SOFT-TEX® lining and Primaloft® Gold insulation for added warmth. Features include silicone-enforced grip pads, a nose wiper, and a cuff pull.
Glace ZERO Women’s Mitt ($124.95)
Like a cozy sleeping bag for your hands, Glace features waterproof construction and high-insulation Primaloft® Gold lining. Strategically placed baffles keep the insulation in place, while the individual finger channels inside the mitt maintain warmth without perspiration.
Griffin Base ZERO Women’s Glove ($119.95)
Constructed with water-repellent softshell and premium sheepskin, Griffin Base Zero ensures ergonomic comfort designed to fit the anatomy of women’s hands “like a glove.”
Vallarta Base ZERO Women’s Mitt ($99.95)
Featuring Primaloft® Gold insulation, Vallarta offers exceptional warmth without adding bulk, while the blend of high-quality goatskin and water-repellent softshell provides durability and protection.
Sveia ZERO GTX Women’s Glove ($79.95)
Sveia is made with a GORE-TEX® membrane that offers reliable protection from moisture while maintaining breathability and the Fiberfill insulation provides just the right amount of warmth. The durable G Grip palm offers excellent grip and resilience.
“While LEKI is known for our legendary Trigger pole/grip system, we realize many people simply love our gloves and mittens for skiing without clicking in,” added Brunso. “The ZERO collection makes LEKI gloves more accessible, and we hope to see more of our gloves on skiing hands this winter.”
