This year more than ever, the world capital of skiing will also be the capital of gastronomy with a host of new products that will delight all  visitors.   • Opening: Kinugawa Courchevel 1850 The flagship brand of the Blackcode and Annie Famose Groups, established in Paris as the reference table for contemporary Japanese gastronomy and in Ramatuelle, will open its doors in our resort in December 2023. A tailor-made setting combining the refined elegance of Kinugawa with the intimate atmosphere of Alpine aesthetics… an enveloping atmosphere awaits visitors curious to discover the quintessence of Japanese cuisine with the iconic Kinugawa signature dishes. The famous crispy taruto pancake with slices of salmon delicately enhanced with white truffle; the delicious scent of Yellow Tail carpaccio with yuzu, green pepper and coriander sauce; the tuna tartare with caviar, and inevitably, the unique Black Cod marinated in miso.   • Cozy Box: Italian gastronomy, music & contemporary art The Cozy Box ephemeral restaurant concept, imagined by Franck Aussilia for the Cannes & Art Basel Festival in Miami, is being exported to the mountains for the first time. Imbued with an aesthetic soul, Cozy Box calls on international contemporary artists to create unique and intimate atmospheres at the same time. It is the British artist Julian Mayor who will take the reins of this Cozy Box for a true immersion in his world appreciated worldwide for his sculptures with abstract geometric shapes. On the kitchen side, the unique menu imagined by Alexandre Delage, executive chef of the Annie Famose Group, will be based around contemporary Italian gastronomy, giving pride of place to delicate dressings and exceptional products.   • Restaurant Alpes Hôtel du Pralong*****: gluttony in sight In this place dedicated to relaxation and pleasure, epicureanism obviously holds a central place. Flora Mikula, previously a Michelin-starred chef and now a sought-after consultant, signs the menus for the different restaurant areas.
