Burke Mountain Resort Announces 2025 Summer Music Lineup With Vermont Symphony Orchestra, Fireworks, Live Bands And DJ’s

urke Mountain Resort unveils its 2025 Summer Music Lineup, offering guests a lively blend of classical, rock, funk, and festival vibes at both the mountain base and the Burke Mountain Hotel’s natural amphitheater. Kicking off Independence Day weekend and continuing through fall foliage season, this summer’s calendar offers musical enhancements to the resort’s summer programming, which includes the Burke Mountain Bike Park, special events, summer kids camps, hiking and camping.
Saturday, July 5, Vermont Symphony Orchestra & Fireworks
5:30 PM Gates Open | 7:30 PM Concert | Fireworks to follow
Celebrate Independence Day weekend with the unforgettable sounds of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, followed by a spectacular fireworks display against Burke’s mountain backdrop. This year’s dynamic program, Summer of Love, features works from across the world and a range of genres, including pieces from Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet, John Williams’ Star Wars Theme, Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story, and pop hits such as “I Put A Spell On You” and “Nature Boy.” Tickets are required and can be purchased at VSO.org. Burke Mountain Hotel is offering a discounted lodging package for the event.
Saturday, July 12, Chad Hollister Band (VMBA Days)

Vermont favorite, the Chad Hollister Band brings high-energy acoustic rock. Chad has opened for Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Tom Petty and has shared the stage w/ every PHISH member, Billy Gibbons, Merl Saunders, Warren Haynes and Blues Traveller, to name a few. The show is part of the annual VMBA Days including learn to ride, downhill riding and more.
Saturday, August 23, Pete Kilpatrick Band (Maxxis Eastern States Cup Weekend)

The Pete Kilpatrick Band, based in Portland, Maine, is a pop‑rock/folk‑rock group. Their music blends acoustic melodies with rock vibes. Over the past two decades, Pete and his band have shared the stage with Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam’s Mike Mccready, David Gray, Jason Mraz, Ray Lamontagne, Barenaked Ladies, O.A.R, Guster, G Love and Special Sauce, Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora, Amos Lee, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Michael Franti and Spearhead and many more.
Sunday, August 24, DJ Dave (Maxxis Eastern States Cup Weekend)

For more than 30 years, DJ Dave has been keeping parties alive and fun from the renowned Pickle Barrel to private events throughout New England.
August 23 & 24 is part of the Maxxis Eastern States Cup, an elite mountain biking competition. Now in its 16th season, this widely respected gravity mountain bike race series, Burke will host a stop on its Stan Enduro Series featuring classes for both amateur and pro riders.
