World Snow Day 2019 Confirmed

FIS can confirm the date of the eighth edition of World Snow Day will take place on the 20^th January 2019. 

New support features will be developed to help make staging World Snow Day events/actions easier and more fun. These include new Organiser Care Packages, a new World Snow Day trailer and video content as well as tools to advance the goals of safety and environment.

World Snow Day will also be hosting the World Snow Day Awards in 2019. All Organisers have a chance to win in one or multiple categories. Information on the awards, deadlines and judging criteria will be released over the next weeks. 

FIS encourages all ski resorts, ski and snowboard schools, tourism organisations, National Ski and Snowboard Associations, government and non-government bodies to take advantage and celebrate all things snow.
