What’s New:
NEW VILLAROGER GONDOLA - From December 2025, Villaroger will have a new high-performance gondola to replace Replat & Plan des Violettes chairlifts. The new lift will have forty 10-seat cabins taking skiers from Pré-derrière de Villaroger (1200 m) to the top of Plan des Violettes (2119m) in just 7 minutes, reducing travel time by approximately 10 mins.
A significant development for the ski area, allowing skiers to rediscover the Aiguille Rouge ski run, the longest ski run in Les Arcs and one of the most thrilling in Europe. It starts from the top of the Aiguille Rouge (3226m) and finishes in Villaroger (1200m): a descent of 7km and 2,000m drop from Le Varet glacier to the apple orchards in Villaroger.
The 19 million euro investment for this project is being financed by the Domaine de Montagne (ski lift company).
NEW SPEED EDUCATION RUN - A new run in Arc 1800 aimed at educating skiers about speed and inviting them to experiment with speed and control in a safe environment.
RENOVATED HOSTELLERIE DU PETIT SAINT BERNARD – One of Bourg Saint Maurice’s iconic establishments, the Hostelleire du Petit Saint Bernard has reopened its doors for the first time since 2016. It has had a full renovation and facelift, but retains its historic charm.
NEW ZERO CARBON BISTRO – In 1961, Joséphine Grognet opened Les Arcs’ first ever restaurant, now in 2025 her family has opened a new restaurant in the resort’s first ever building in Arc 1600. A few metres from the top of the funicular, Chez FiFine is a zero carbon bistro, open for lunch, coffee and aperitif, with direct access from Paris and the European capitals!
You. can drop in to Chez Fifine any time for a coffee or some lunch, to discover its deli produce or to enjoy an aperitif platter and a drink. You will find local and seasonal products along with Italian specialities on the menu.
