Téléverbier And Banque Piguet Galland Announce New Partnership

Téléverbier is pleased to announce its partnership with Banque Piguet Galland, the exclusive sponsor of the future Esserts-Savoleyres combined cable car line. The new line will be called the Piguet-Galland Line.
This partnership, initially for five years, is based on shared values: excellence, innovation, and commitment to high-quality tourism – all in the spirit of Verbier. The partnership is characterized by a shared commitment to contributing to the sustainable and harmonious development of the region.
Banque Piguet Galland is a Swiss private bank specializing in wealth management. Its offerings include asset management, investment, and financing – with the goal of supporting its clients in realizing their life projects.
Cooperation will be announced in Médran
On April 14, Michèle Luyet, COO of Piguet Galland, Selman Bicaco, Head of Private Banking at Piguet Galland, and Laurent Vaucher, CEO of Téléverbier, officially announced their collaboration at a launch event for the new connection. Following the launch, a celebration took place at the Le Bistrot restaurant in Les Attelas in the Verbier 4Vallées ski area.
Selman Bicaco, Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management at Banque Piguet Galland, explains: "This partnership with Téléverbier reflects our commitment to long-term projects that generate significant added value for Switzerland, and French-speaking Switzerland in particular. With our commitment to the Piguet-Galland Line, we want to express our connection with Verbier and its way of life, which embodies elegance, innovation, and respect for the environment."
The Piguet-Galland Line: a system that focuses on comfort and accessibility
The Piguet-Galland Line is the result of intensive reflection on mobility in the mountains and offers:
- a 10-seater gondola lift providing a seamless journey from Les Esserts (1,700 m) to the summit of Savoleyres (2,200 m);
- a 6-seater chairlift connecting the Les Planards mid-station to the Savoleyres summit station;
- three separate stations designed to be easily accessible for people with reduced mobility, families with strollers, and cyclists during the summer season.
Far more than just replacing existing infrastructure, this facility represents a significant improvement to the customer experience, both in winter and summer. It will make the connection between Verbier and La Tzoumaz faster, more comfortable, and accessible throughout with skis on.
Commissioning in two stages
The Les Planards–Savoleyres section will be operational in winter 2025–2026. The entire facility will be operational by 2026, ushering in a new era for winter sports enthusiasts and outdoor enthusiasts.
Téléverbier and Piguet Galland are proud to create the Piguet Galland Line, a symbol of modernity, mobility and local commitment.
