Skida Announces Third Year Of Partnership With U.S. Ski And Snowboard, Launches New Co-Branded Capsule And Athlete-Inspired Prints

Skida and U.S. Ski & Snowboard are proud to carry their partnership into its third year for a banner season of competition on the world stage.

“We know that Skida products have been a longtime favorite of elite athletes competing at the international level, and we are so excited to be able to support the team as a whole as they set off on this big year,” said Skida founder Corinne Prevot. “While we’ve been partnering with Olympic athletes through our Athlete Program for fifteen years, working directly with U.S. Ski & Snowboard allows us to support more athletes and deepen our connection to the sports we love.”

As part of their continued partnership, Skida and U.S. Ski & Snowboard are launching a fresh line of co-branded hats, neck warmers and headbands. The capsule collection will feature the brand’s new “Stargazer” print, a playful, retro-inspired pattern that celebrates athletes’ high ambitions by capturing the thrill of chasing big dreams under starry skies.

In addition to its direct partnership with U.S. Ski & Snowboard, Skida will also continue to support multiple individual athletes through its Athlete Program. These athletes include:

  • Paula Moltzan of the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team. A veteran of the sport and a University of Vermont graduate, Paula has been with Skida for seven years and on the USST for thirteen. Paula is a specialist in the Slalom and Giant Slalom disciplines. She completed last season with six top-10 world cup finishes.
  • Ryan Cochran-Siegle of the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team. Ryan hails from Skida’s home state of Vermont and continues the skiing legacy of the historic Cochran family. He secured a silver medal in the Super-G at the 2022 Beijing Olympics and earned a third place finish in the downhill competition at Val Gardena last year.
  • Julia Kern of the Stifel U.S. Cross Country Ski Team. A New Englander who found her home in Vermont, Julia is a two-time World Championship medalist and a 2022 Olympian. Last season, she bagged fourteen top-20 finishes on the World Cup circuit.
  • Gus Schumacher of the Stifel U.S. Cross Country Ski Team. New to the Skida athlete roster this year, Gus is a 2022 Olympian, the youngest U.S. athlete ever to win a World Cup race and the first American man to win a World Cup in over 43 years. Last season, he finished second at the FIS World Cup in Falun, Sweden, and made the Moo Cow his signature print.

Along with the co-branded fleece and “Stargazer” products, Skida will launch three custom athlete prints this week: “Towline” for Ryan Cochran-Siegle, “Bright Side” for Julia Kern, and “Field Day” for Paula Motlzan. These will all be available as part of a fan shop at https://skida.com/collections/us-ski-snowboard.
