Ski Season Is Off To A Strong Start: More Than 35 Resorts Are Open This Weekend In Quebec.

The 2025-2026 ski season truly kicks off this weekend as most Quebec resorts welcome their first skiers and snowboarders. Thanks to the cold temperatures and snowmaking operations that began early in November, 37 resorts will be open for the first weekend of December, allowing enthusiasts to rediscover the joys of skiing and snowboarding in all regions of Quebec.

Here is the list of ski resorts that will be open this weekend:

  • Laurentians : Saint-Sauveur Summit, Mont Tremblant Resort, Vallée Bleue, Belle Neige, Ski Mont Blanc, Mont Habitant, Olympia Summit, Morin-Heights Summit, Gabriel Summit, Saint-Sauveur Summit – Avila side, Chantecler Ski
  • Eastern Townships: Mount Sutton, Mount Orford, Owl's Head and Bromont, mountain of experiences
  • Outaouais:Vorlage, Camp Fortune, Mont Cascades, Sommet Edelweiss, Mont Sainte-Marie
  • Lanaudière:Ski Montcalm, Val Saint-Côme
  • Central Quebec: Mount Gleason, 
  • Montérégie:Mont Rigaud,Ski Saint-Bruno
  • Quebec: Stoneham
  • Chaudière-Appalaches: Mount Adstock,Club Ski Beauce
  • Lower St. Lawrence: Mount Comi Park, Mount Saint-Mathieu Park
  • Gaspé Peninsula: Mount Miller
  • Abitibi: Mount Kanasuta, Mont-Video
  • Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean: Valinouët, Mount Edward
  • Charlevoix: Mont Grand-Fonds and the Charlevoix Massif

Quebec ski resorts have invested heavily in recent years to improve their snowmaking systems, grooming equipment, and learning areas. These strategic investments now allow for rapid operation, much to everyone's delight.
