Ski Beat Highlights AI’s Boost To Ski Holiday Bookings

According to a survey from YouGov* (August 2025), 20% of UK travellers are comfortable using AI for trip planning, with around a third of Millenials and GenZ now doing so.
This is good news for ski holiday companies, on the verge of the 2025-26 ski season. The UK’s leading ski chalet package holiday to France, Ski Beat, says, “The now commonplace use of AI technology is directly leading to an upsurge in the popularity of holiday types that particularly appeal to younger, internet users.
The company's Laura Hazell continues, “AI is changing the way we choose and book our holidays and driving more demand for previously niche activities. For example, while only around 8% of adults in the UK have been on a snow sports holiday, with a whopping 90% of 25–34-year-olds reportedly now wanting to go skiing. AI is creating greater awareness of holiday choices and will provide the information needed to help plan and book.”
“The majority of our ski chalet holidays are booked online, and we are increasingly using AI to help users find our site and help to make the right ski holiday choices. A large percentage of our guests have skied with us for many years, but this season we are seeing an increase in bookings from younger, and first-time skiers, which can only be good for the ski industry, as well as for the nation’s health.”
Intelligent choices this winter include a week’s ski holiday with Ski Beat for £784pp, departing on 13th December, and based on two sharing a twin or double en-suite room in Chalet Vallon Blanc in the heart of the vast Three Valleys ski area. The price includes a host to prepare breakfast, afternoon tea, three course evening meals with wine, return flights from London Gatwick or Manchester, and transfers. www.skibeat.co.uk, 01273 855100.
