Thomas Koch says Our menu is based on products and suppliers from the area around Lech and Vorarlberg: Alpine products from small manufacturers all brought to the plate in new ways. While our basis is classic French cooking, our goal is the happiness of our guests and we look forward to welcoming them to these special 4-hands events.

Simon Hulstone says I‘m really looking forward to cooking at Severins this spring , bringing with me my sustainable and modern cookery from my base here in south west England utilising our farm to plate ethos and working with Chef Thomas to add synergy with the fantastic produce of Lech and surrounding areas. We will be cooking my signature dishes with a subtle Austrian twist.
