Luxury Property Developer Alpine Lodges Opens Second Restaurant - Vina Annapurna

Luxury property developer Alpine Lodges has opened their second restaurant - Vina Annapurna.

Annapurna is a recently completed prestigious residential property development in Les Gets, located just one hour from Geneva Airport and within walking distance of the resort’s many facilities and mountain lift network. Sitting alongside the classic freehold apartments and luxury spa facilities within the high-end development, Vina offers a contemporary dining experience available to both Annapurna residents and members of the public.

Vina launched under the experienced eye of front of house manager Emmanuel Lachenal and Michelin-trained head chef Antony Trezy. Together the pair have developed a contemporary menu that uses the freshest local ingredients. Standout items on the monthly-changing menu include a starter of buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes and basil oil or carpaccio of beef with parmesan and basil oil. The main course features fillet of cod poached in olive oil and served with haricot blanc in a lemongrass and ginger broth or locally reared beef steak with fries and a green salad. Irresistible desserts include tart tatin with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream or a light chocolate mousse with peanut ice cream.

A small number of residences are available to purchase at Annapurna, whilst the adjacent Kinabalu development is currently reserving off-plan.
