Leadership Change At Mammut Sports Group AG

Following the successful completion of the change of ownership from Conzzeta to Telemos Capital, the Board of Directors of Mammut Sports Group AG (“Mammut”) and CEO Oliver Pabst have jointly agreed to enter the next phase of the company with new leadership. Oliver Pabst will step down as CEO and Greg Nieuwenhuys, Chairman of the Board of Mammut, will temporarily take on his responsibilities as Executive Chairman.

Under Oliver Pabst’s leadership, the company has developed successfully over the last five years and made significant progress in areas such as internationalization, digitalization, and sustainability. In the last eighteen months, Oliver Pabst has skillfully steered the company through the challenging period of the pandemic. He will stay involved with Mammut as a Senior Advisor to the Board and the company will continue to benefit from his knowledge and experience. A search for a new CEO has been launched.
