Julbo Eyewear, the premium French eyewear brand based in France’s Jura Mountains, is excited to welcome Jayleen Troutwin to the Julbo family as the new US Marketing Manager.
Troutwin joins Julbo after being the youngest person to complete the the Outdoor Industry Association’s Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy. She also worked as the Dealer Service Representative for SCARPA N.A. since 2017 where she was the main in-house contact for all dealer and rep services.
Bringing a strong understanding of dealer services, creative mind, strong organizational and leadership skills, Troutwin will no doubt successfully help the Julbo USA team by overseeing US marketing operations. Troutwin also skied competitively for many years for the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club and for the University of Colorado Club Ski Racing Team. Her background in alpine ski racing and more recently backcountry skiing have given her a clear idea of needs and desires for snow sports consumers.

I feel so grateful to work in an industry where I am surrounded by likeminded people, and Julbo is no exception. I’m excited to work on a small team where everyone has a voice that can be heard, and an impact that will last,” Troutwin says. “The possibilities and potential are truly endless at Julbo and I greatly look forward to helping drive the growth, development and presence of this company in the coming years.”
