French Film Festival To Be Held In Courchevel

The French Film Festival is to be held in Courchevel. They say

From April 3 to 5, our resort will offer a brand new event that will combine sliding, cinema and gastronomy as close as possible to the actors for the public, entitled: “Les Rencontres du Festival du Cinéma Français à Courchevel” . Three intense days created for film buffs and the curious, which will showcase cinema in a warm atmosphere, for maximum sharing with the public. On the program of this event: meetings with actors but also producers and directors, round table, prestigious dinner, master class and preview of the film "Le Cours de la Vie" directed by Frédéric Sojcher, with the presence of part of the team. An event orchestrated in partnership with the Aix-les-Bains French Film Festival and Volvo Discover dealership in Chambéry. An event not to be missed with a unique program close to the artists of French cinema.

A unique concept: cinema, skiing and gastronomy with the VIPs!

Throughout these three days, we can count on the presence of renowned artists who have come especially for this new cinema event. Artists who will share convivial moments at the table of holidaymakers during dinners, lunches but also during a ski outing! On the casting side, the actors will be present: Bruno Solo, Stéphane De Groodt, Laurent Gerra, Arnaud Ducret, Julie Ferrier, Caterina Murino, the violinist and show producer Anne Gravoin, as well as the Savoyard director Gaetano Naccarato. All will participate in the various events organized as part of the festival for pleasant moments of exchange and complicity with the public of our station.

Cinema & Gastronomy

The opening evening of this first edition will be a milestone, and will take place in the presence of the artists invited to the festival and the customers who have reserved their places for this evening! On the program: cocktail, followed by a dinner with a menu entitled “Cinema and Gastronomy” at the Hôtel Le Lana*****. A unique evening in perspective!

The VIPs will take part in a convivial day of skiing, supervised by the ESF on our domain, with the program of skiing above all and a lot of good humor. A day where artists and happy customers of the day will be able to enjoy our estate together! The happy little group will stop at midday at the Ineos Club House restaurant for a well-deserved gourmet break. The afternoon will continue with even more sliding on our slopes!

Those who wish can also have lunch at the Ineos Club House (Menu €75 per person). Don't forget to book, the number of places is limited!

Tuesday April 4 – Evening

Preview

It is an exceptional evening that we offer to all our guests, to celebrate the cinema in the company of the celebrities invited to the festival, but also part of the team of the film "Le Cours de la Vie" directed by Frédéric Sojcher . A unique and rare moment of exchanges between spectators and film professionals in a friendly atmosphere!

An evening calibrated to the line with the following sequence:

  • 5.30 to 6 p.m.: Welcome cocktail at the Atrium for the public and the artists.
    (Offered by our station, limited number of places, reservation required).
  • 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Meeting at the Auditorium Gilles de La Rocque for a master class rich in exchanges with the artists. (Offered by our station, limited number of places, reservation required).
  • 7 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.: Presentation of the film preview "Le Cours de la vie" directed by Frédéric Sojcher with part of the team, followed by the long-awaited moment of the preview screening. The synopsis: Noémie finds Vincent, her childhood sweetheart, in the film school of which he is now director. Through an extraordinary master class, she will teach Vincent and his students that the art of writing a screenplay is the art of living passionately. The cast: Agnès Jaoui, Jonathan Zaccaï, Géraldine Nakache and Stéphane Henon.
  • 8:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.: End of the screening then exchanges in the form of “Questions and Answers” ​​between the public and the film crew.
  • 9 p.m.: The evening will continue quietly with a dinner for the film crew, which will take place in a restaurant near the cinema. The restaurant will naturally be accessible to the public to end this evening dedicated to the cinema in style. Also for this dinner, those who wish can reserve their places to share a last meal in the company of the artists!
