Faction Collective Shifts North American HQ to Denver

Faction Collective will be moving their North American HQ to Denver. In a statement they said:

“As a key industry leader, we would like to keep you in the loop with recent developments in our business.

“We are excited to announce that The Faction Collective and all brands owned and managed by The Full Stack Supply Co including the new FW Apparel brand and Roxy Skis will be moving our North American Head Office from Breckenridge to Denver, Colorado.

“With North America making up a third of Faction’s global sales which will exceed $10 million this year, the region is core for us. Growth for the 2019-20 season is up 40%, fueled by 9 new Austrian-built ski models, the launch of our award-winning FW Apparel outerwear brand and our second full length film with over 100 American tour stops in motion for autumn 2019.

“We will keep a base in Breckenridge to nurture the home we have built over a decade. We will ensure this corridor is served and keep the Faction spirit flowing, while the Denver move sets the foundation to support continued growth.

“There were three key reasons we chose Denver:

“Attracting Key Talent: we’re hiring senior and entry positions including Head of Sales Development and Marketing Manager for North America. Denver has increasingly become a magnet for talent in the outdoor community and people are everything
Continent-wide Retailer Access & Logistics: Increasing our support to retailers coast-to- coast means our NA HQ team needs to be able to support our field reps on the ground; We moved our warehouse to Denver last year with strong success
The Industry Buzz: From OR combining with SIA in Denver to notable HQ shifts and key press, we’re believers in the power of like-minded partners and even competitors raising the game by working in close proximity

“We are pleased to say that the majority of our key team is joining us in the next exciting chapter leading sales, operations, fan success and demos, keeping the momentum and building on it as we add four new team members.

"Special thanks goes out to Dave Bottomley, Lauren Howe and Becky Walter, who have each been fundamental in getting us to where we are today but have decided to keep calling Breckenridge home. Hope Davis, Devan O’Connor, Blake Pederson and Sean Guy will be joining us, our European team and some new team members to be announced on the ride.

“We plan to be open for business with a spanking new office space and showroom by 15 August 2019. A short list of new locations is being actively assessed.
