Julia Demichelis: New Executive Chef at Hotel Barrière Les Neiges
Chef Julia Demichelis takes the piano in the kitchens of Fouquet's and BFire by Mauro Colagreco where she manages the score in collaboration with Pierre Gagnaire and Mauro Colagreco.
With nearly 15 years of experience acquired alongside the most famous chefs in gastronomy, she is setting out to conquer the Alps to offer guests of Les Neiges subtle and gourmet dishes.

Madame invites Friend Jean to La Sivolière
Stéphane Jégo invests the kitchens of Florence Carcassonne, at the origin of this gourmet union a meeting between Madame and the chef of Ami Jean. The complicity is immediate and Madame decides to immediately open the doors of the two culinary appointments of the Sivolière: the "Secret Bar" and the "Table de Madame".
An original menu that combines emblematic dishes from his Parisian creations at Ami Jean, with products from the mountains surrounding La Sivolière.

The Seven King, the royal bar
A festive bar par excellence with a sophisticated vintage decoration, the Seven Kings is the new place of the Maison °Fahrenheit Seven. It offers a dive into the vibrant atmosphere of pubs, with a sharp selection of 7 English and Scottish draft beers, gins and tasty signature cocktails. In terms of atmosphere, this new address will be faithful to the festive DNA of its elders, with sports broadcasts and live music every weekend for après-ski.
