Brundage Mountain Sees First Snowfall Of 2025/26 Season

Brundage Mountain woke up to a blanket of white this morning as two inches of snow fell overnight, coating the slopes from summit to base. Forecasts call for another 1 to 3 inches possible overnight tonight before warmer temperatures return later in the week.

“It’s always exciting to see the mountain covered in snow again,” said Brundage Mountain Resort General Manager Ken Rider. “These inches probably won’t stick around long, but it’s a great reminder that ski season is just around the corner. The energy starts to build the moment we see that first coat of white.”

11 am snowcam.jpgBrundage Mountain, which is celebrating its 65th season this winter, will host its annual Pray for Snow Party on Friday, Nov. 8. The community celebration features live music, food, drinks, and prize giveaways to help the local ski/snowboard community welcome winter in style. There will also be a screening of TGR’s latest film, Pressure Drop.

Brundage Mountain Resort’s target opening day is Friday, Nov. 28, weather and snow conditions permitting.
