66th Ordinary General Meeting Of Weisse Arena Group Held
The 66th Annual General Meeting of the Weisse Arena Group took place at Crap Sogn Gion, 2,252 meters above sea level. Despite the cold temperatures and light snowfall, around 700 shareholders accepted the invitation and expressed interest in the agenda items and the engaging presentations by the Weisse Arena Group's Board of Directors and Management.
Reto Gurtner and the management team provided information on the 2024/25 financial year, a comprehensive review, and an exciting outlook on future developments within the Weisse Arena Group.
The following points were discussed, among others:
- the annual report for the 2024/25 financial year and the development of the Weisse Arena Group. EBITDA increased by 10% year-on-year to CHF 26,492,000. Cash flow increased by 14% to CHF 24,107,000.
- the planned takeover of the mountain infrastructure by Finanz Infra AG and the participating municipalities of Flims, Laax, and Falera. Learn more at the following link.
- ongoing construction projects, such as the commissioning of the 5th section of the FlemX, as well as the 8-seater gondola Masegn–Fuorcla–Vorab project for the 2025/26 winter season
