Perfect Start To The Season For Bolle Athletes At Solden WC

It was an amazing start to the season for Bollé athletes. Last weekend saw the first race of the International Ski Federation (FIS) World Cup in Sölden which hosted the Women’s and Men’s Giant Slaloms where Bollé athletes took both first places and also achieved third place in the women’s race.

ALICE ROBINSON (NZ) 1ST, TESSA WORLEY (FRA) 3RD

17 year old Alice Robinson (middle), a new recruit to the Bollé team, won the women’s Giant Slalom race ahead of the leader in the discipline, Mikaela Shiffrin and another experienced skier, Bollé athlete Tessa Worley (right). With this third place, Tessa achieved her 30th World Cup podium.

ALEXIS PINTURAULT (FRA) 1st

Ranked 2nd overall in last season’s World Cup, Alexis Pinturault proved his strong skills and high goals for this season with this first place. “It’s wonderful” he says. “This result is of course a good sign for the future even if we are still very early in the season.”
