Village At Squaw Valley Raises A Glass This Labor Day Weekend With 29th Annual Foam Fest And 30th Annual Alpen Wine Fest

The Village at Squaw Valley kicks off Labor Day Weekend 2018 with the return of Foam Fest and Alpen Wine Fest. Foam Fest— one of the most highly anticipated festivals in the Tahoe area— welcomes beer enthusiasts to sample brews from more than 25 craft breweries while supporting Achieve Tahoe, a local non-profit sports program that serves people with disabilities. The Alpen Wine Fest is another longstanding favorite festival where wine lovers can swirl and sip a variety of wines from northern California’s wine country while simultaneously supporting Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, a non-profit that delivers health and wellness education program to help families living with MS thrive.

“Labor Day Weekend is one of the best weekends to spend in the Lake Tahoe area and we always look forward to welcoming locals and visitors to our annual festivals that benefit local, outstanding non-profits,” said Caroline Ross, executive director for the Squaw Village Neighbourhood Company. “The Alpen Wine Fest and Foam Fest events have something for everyone, wine and beer, amazing silent auction items, live music, shopping, and beautiful mountain scenery.”
