Vanessa Hinz, 3-Time Biathlon World Champion Becomes Wintersteiger Brand Ambassador

7 World Cup victories (including one individual victory): That's how impressive the record of professional athlete Vanessa Hinz is. In the future, the likeable athlete will be promoting Wintersteiger and his brand names Bootdoc & Hotronic. 

Hinz (born 24 March 1992) is a German biathlete and former cross-country skier. Hinz started in her first world cup races at the end of the 2012/13-season. At the 2013 European Championships she won a gold medal with the German relay team. In 2014, she participated in the Winter Olympics in Sochi. She was officially nominated by the DOSB on 23 January 2014, but not taken with the team to Russia. So she had to wait at home as stand-by reserve

While looking for high-quality insoles for her cross-country ski boots, Vanessa came across the Wintersteiger brand Bootdoc with products for boot fitting. That was the beginning of the relationship with Wintersteiger.

Another reason for the  advertising cooperation is the company's longstanding  partnership with the German Ski Association DSV. Wintersteiger has been the official Technology partner of the German national ski teams since 2001

The cooperation includes products from the Wintersteiger, Bootdoc and Hotronic brands. This will feature Vanessa mainly in  the Wintersteiger webshop “Wismo - Shop for Sport & More" and involve products such as insoles, heated socks, tuning tools as well as drying and Hygiene systems. As an enthusiastic triathlete and mountain biker, Vanessa was also very impressed with the new Wintersteiger bike wash used at the photo shoot.
