The Dolomiti Ski Jazz Returns To Trentino For 26th Edition

From the 8 – 17 March 2024, vibrant riffs and grooves will echo through the Fiemme and Fassa Valleys as some of the most celebrated names in jazz, blues, and funk descend upon Trentino for the 26th Edition of Dolomiti Ski Jazz. The festival, which also offers free entry shows throughout each of the 9 days, will provide the perfect soundtrack for the picturesque landscapes of this enchanting region.

Among some of the illustrious performers gracing the 26th edition of Dolomiti Ski Jazz are jazz pianist Aaron Goldberg, legendary jazz guitarist John Scofield, critically acclaimed jazz singer Irene Serra, saxophonist James Thompson, and jazz band Sugarpie and the Candymen.

Participting areas include, Canazei, Pera di Fassa, Moena, San Giovanni di Fassa, Campitello di Fassa, Passo S.Pellegrino, Lusia Bellamonte, Tesero, Predazzo, Cavalese, Pampeago, Castello di Fiemme, and Cembra.

There are many ways to experience this magical festival. To ensure visitors don’t need to miss out on ski time to feel immersed in the festival, organisers have carefully curated a schedule that means skiers can enjoy live concerts from the slopes, where there will be live stages set up to accommodate for the more active listeners. For jazz fans who would prefer a more intimate experience, traditional events that take place in theatres, mountain huts and bars will be taking place right the way through the valleys. These shows will provide authentic opportunities to taste some of the region's finest dishes and drinks (namely Trentodoc) whilst listening to the melodies of some of the world's most talented jazz musicians.

Accompanying this high-altitude musical event will be Dolomiti Food Jazz, a food and wine event that will bring delicious performances to the mountain huts and restaurants of Val di Fiemme, amidst the melodies of local cheeses, wines, and beer.
