Reusch Launches Jeremie Heitz Gloves With Polartec Alpha

Working in collaboration with big mountain skier Jérémie Heitz Reusch has launched a Pro Model freeride glove, plus a Lech X-Lite R-Tex XT Mitten for freeride and outdoor wear, both made using Polartec’s Alpha active insulation for essential warmth this winter.

Inspired by the breath taking descents of 28-year-old Jérémie the high-quality freeride Pro Model glove is tight-fitting with a short cuff, robust goatskin leather on the palm and super flexible softshell on the backhand, offering outstanding tactility and great grip on the ski poles.

The new Reusch Lech X-Lite R-Tex XT Mitten guarantees warmth, comfort and waterproofness yet extremely light and super packable.  Thanks to the selection of extra light materials and innovative technologies the glove features an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio.

The high-quality Polartec Alpha active insulation used within both gloves provides optimum heat retention and warmth regulation combined with great breathability, outstanding moisture management, wicking abilities and a super soft and comfortable touch.

Polartec Alpha was originally developed for the U.S. Special Forces when they required a more advanced insulating material in their combat uniforms. This fabric is a new technology with active insulation that regulates core body temperatures during both dynamic and static activities. This latest advancement in adaptable breathability helps eliminate the need of shedding or adding layers while on the move.
